REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Every Matelet is personally handmade to order, for a unique and one of a kind gift.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your bracelet, we will either Exchange or Refund your order.
Wrong size? No problem! We will be happy to exchange your bracelet.
Exchanges can be requested up to 7 days after receiving your order.
Step 1. Email us for an Exchange RA Number. Include your contact info and order number, along with what you would like in exchange for your returned item.
Step 2. Mail us back the item that needs to be exchanged, along with a $3.00 Shipping and Handling Fee to: P.O. Box 6008, 10380 Drummond Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19114
Step 3. Once we receive the item, we will ship you out your exchange within 5 business days, if item is in stock. If item is not in stock, you will be issued a gift card of equal value.
Buy something that still isn't 100% what you were looking for? That's OK! We will issue you a refund, as we want our customers to be 100% happy!

All of our bracelets are made with the highest quality stretch cord and materials.
In the event that your Matelet breaks due to a defect, we will be happy to replace your bracelet (within 30 days of purchase), for a $5 shipping and handling fee.
If the same stock is unavailable, we will issue an e-Gift Card of equal value, in lieu of the item.
Step 1. Email us a brief explanation of what happened to your bracelet. Please include your order number, contact info, and any pics you may have.
Step 2. We will respond with an email containing a link for the $5 Shipping and Handling fee for your replacement.
Step 3. Once Shipping and Handling fee is complete, we will start making your new bracelet! Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping out a replacement.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by: water, accidents, physical activities, improper cleaning, chemicals, self repair, theft / loss, or ordinary wear and tear past 30 days of purchase.

HOW TO DETERMINE SIZE
Measure around your wrist with a flexible tape measure. Where it overlaps, is your wrist measurement.
You can also use a string or thread around your wrist, and measure the length where it overlaps.
For a snug / tight fit: Stay 1/8 to 1/4 inch within your wrist measurement.
For a relaxed / loose fit: Go up 1/2 inch more than your wrist measurement.

CLEANING + CARE
STONE AND GLASS BEADS
• Our stone and glass bracelets are waterproof and can be cleaned with a wet cloth.
• Products such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant should be applied prior to putting on your bracelets, as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
• Always remove your Matelets before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, or using cleaners.
• Use a soft toothbrush to clean stones and glass, if necessary.
• Do NOT wash or get wood bracelets wet.
• To clean wood: use a lightly dampened, soft cloth to remove any spills or dirt.
• Our wood beads are all natural and treated with a light wax coating.
ACAI SEEDS & NUT BEADS
• Refrain from getting wet as much as possible to preserve finish.
• To clean: use a lightly dampened, soft cloth to remove any spills or dirt.

TIPS ON PRESERVING BRACELETS
• Do not swim or bathe with bracelets on.
• Do not wear during sports or exercise.
• Do not pull on bracelet to take off. Roll gently to remove.
• Take off rings and other jewelry / watches before removing or putting on bracelets.
• Keep in gift pouch or lay flat after use.
Although our beads are natural and non toxic, do NOT put in mouth. Bracelets contain beads that can be a choking hazard, if swallowed.
HOW LONG WILL MY MATELET LAST?
Longevity will vary for everyone, depending on care and activity. Matelets bracelets can last for a few years, or longer, if taken care of properly. See above for cleaning and care tips.
Wood, Nut and Seed beads are not waterproof.
Stone and Glass beads are waterproof. However, to preserve the condition of your bracelet, refrain from excessive exposure to water.
Our signature Anchor Bead is hand-rolled and stamped in a non-toxic polymer clay, that is then baked to harden.
Our stretch cord bracelets are specially knotted, and then sealed to provide a secure knot.
During wear, this knot may come out of the anchor bead, due to movement during wear.
Don't worry! Just lightly pull your knot back through another bead to hide it back in place.

Each bracelet has a Rewards Points value on it's product page, under the Product Code.
Every purchase automatically adds rewards points to your account.
HOW DO I VIEW MY EARNED REWARDS POINTS?
Log into your Account. After logging in, click on "Your Rewards Points", under the "My Orders" Section on your account page.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS POINTS?
